Charles Donovan named a HealthTrans senior vp

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. HealthTrans, a pharmacy benefits administrator who is partnered with, among others, Duane Reade, has appointed Charles Donovan senior vice president of PBM new business development.

In his new role, Donovan is responsible for a national sales team focused on the self-insured employer, union and third party administrator markets.

Prior to joining HealthTrans, he was the vice president of sales at PharmaCare where he managed two national sales forces responsible for delivering PBM and specialty drug products. His professional background also includes holding various sales and sales management positions at CVS Caremark.
