ClinicTools launches electronic medical record application

PHILADELPHIA ClinicTools, which was developed by its chairman and CEO Henry Balogun, has announced the launch of its electronic medical record application developed exclusively to assist healthcare providers and facilities.

According to the company, the ClinicTools application makes it easier for a clinician to, for example, create patient health information, establish treatment options, schedule patient appointments, collaborate with other health care providers and bill for services rendered anywhere, anytime.

ClinicTools provides ongoing training for clinicians in how to properly document a patient's problem. It also covers how to properly evaluate signs and symptoms to be sure nothing is overlooked. The application is also designed to search patient information to alert physicians of any possible complications likely to arise from the current medication, looking at medications every taken by the patient.
