Diplomat promotes 2 executive team members
FLINT, Mich. — In a move that the company says is aimed at positioning it for growth, Diplomat Pharmacy on Monday announced the promotion of two members of its executive team. Atheer Kaddis has been appointed EVP sales and strategic alignment, and Lance Neill has been made the company’s SVP corporate services.
Kaddis, who joined the company in 2007, was most recently SVP sales and business development, and had been since 2012. He has also served as the company’s VP managed markets and a member of its board of directors. Before Diplomat, Kadis was Blue Cross Blue Shield’s director of pharmacy services clinical.
Neill joined Diplomat in 2013, and prior to that he was Walmart’s director of commercial contracting and channel management. In that role he was in charge of pharmacy contracting and network management for PBMs and managed care organizations.
"Atheer and Lance have made significant contributions to Diplomat, each demonstrating a commitment to improving systems and processes and advancing programs that will allow us to lead Diplomat's developmental efforts,” Diplomat president Gary Kadlec said. “They have each built strong, capable teams and helped play a pivotal role in executing Diplomat's growth strategies. Their leadership and vision will help ensure Diplomat is able to achieve our goals and collaborate effectively among each of their teams.”
