Duane Reade rolls out RedPrairie's Workforce Management user interface
NEW YORK RedPrairie Holding, a productivity solutions provider, has announced that Manhattan-based Duane Reade has rolled out its enhanced Workforce Management user interface at more than 250 stores.
"We feel the feedback and adoption from our managers and users has been excellent, with administration time reduced by as much as 50%," stated Chuck Newsom, Duane Reade SVP of store operations, referring to RedPrairie's Site Manager.
According to RedPrairie, Duane Reade had already realized the benefits attributed to the Workforce Management solution, but the chain wanted to find ways to improve productivity for all store-level users. The company believed that the new interface's action-oriented navigation and extendible framework would improve efficiency in daily workforce management operations, enabling managers to spend more time with customers and associates.
