SOLON, Ohio — Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM) on Monday launched its new customer platform. The ECRM Content Gateway allows buyers, marketers, sellers and merchandisers to see information they need to act and compete better. In addition to best practices for using ECRM’s analytics tools, the Content Gateway also has case studies, multimedia and company profiles.
“Through our interactions with buyers and sellers at our 50+ events, we have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends, successes, and challenges they are experiencing,” ECRM VP content Joseph Tarnowski, VP of Content for ECRM. “The Content Gateway gives us a platform on which to share these learnings as well as other content gathered from our events. Some great examples of this are our ‘Event Buzz’ columns, which are based on dozens of one-on-one interviews between ECRM staff and attendees at each of our events. We’re essentially crowdsourcing category insights from our attendees, then sharing them with the industry.”
The stories in the Content Gateway include those aobut grocery, general merchandise, healthy and beauty care and pharmacy and medical markets. It also allows industry professionals to access it from ECRM’s website.
