Endo to move HQ in 2012

CHADDS FORD, Pa. — Endo Pharmaceuticals announced it will move its corporate headquarters to a new facility by next December.

The new corporate center will be located in Malvern, Pa., about 18 miles from its current location of Chadds Ford, Pa. Endo said the move reflects the company's continued growth.

"This move is an important investment in Endo's future," Endo CEO Dave Holveck said. "I believe this move will undoubtedly send a positive message of growth, stability and promise to our pharmaceutical and business counterparts."
