GNC names Nuzzo as CFO

PITTSBURGH General Nutrition Centers on Wednesday named Michael Nuzzo executive vice president and chief financial officer.

He will report directly to GNC chief executive officer Joe Fortunato.

Nuzzo comes to GNC from Abercrombie & Fitch, where his last position was senior vice president, finance.

"[Nuzzo’s] experience in both stores and corporate finance areas with Abercrombie & Fitch will allow him to create strong partnerships within the GNC organization which will help us move more quickly toward the successful achievement of our key strategic initiatives,” Fortunato stated.
