Grocery iQ expands its reach
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. A mobile shopping application that allows its users to develop and manage shopping lists now is available for Android phones, its developer announced Tuesday.
Grocery iQ, developed by Coupons.com, is a paid application that includes such features as auto-suggest, barcode scanning, recording favorite items and past lists, coupons and savings gallery and more. Currently available on the iPhone, Grocery iQ is available on Android Market for 99 cents. Versions for other mobile operating systems are in development, Coupons.com said.
“For list makers, Grocery iQ is a game changer,” said Steven Boal, CEO of Coupons.com. “It gives consumers access and control of their lists during the entire shopping experience—from pre-planning to in-store decision making.”
