KANSAS CITY, Mo. — This Mother’s Day, Hallmark is urging consumers to do more than just say “I love you" or "Thank you." That’s why the company recently initiated a social experiment asking people to talk about their mothers on camera and describe their feelings beyond the typical expressions.
The company discovered that when those go-to phrases were removed, the love they had for their mothers shined through and they were ready to put those feelings down on paper for Mother's Day.
