Health Dialog teams with L.A. Care Health Plan on Nurse Line access

BOSTON — Population health management solutions company Health Dialog announced Monday that it would be partnering with L.A. Care Health Plan to give the provider’s direct lines of business members in Los Angeles County access to Health Dialog’s Nurse Line. 

 

The Nurse Line gives patients 24/7 access to Registered Nurse (RN) Health Coaches who can assess the urgency of a patient’s symptoms and help them decide the best level of care. The RN Health Coaches also help members prepare for doctor appointments and understand potential drug side effects. L.A. Care Health Plan members will also be able to access the Nurse Line from 141 L.A. county-area Rite Aid locations.
