Health Market Science appoints former Dendrite exec as SVP

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Data and data management services provider Health Market Science has appointed Mark Cieplik as SVP life sciences sales, the company said.

In his new position, Cieplik will be responsible for revenue growth and client satisfaction in HMS' largest business segment.

Prior to working for HMS, Cieplik worked in sales, marketing and operations leadership positions for nine years at Dendrite, now Cegedim.

"During his nine-year tenure at Dendrite, Mark was a key member of the management team that grew the company to over $350 million," HMS EVP sales John Schultz said. "His expertise will help fuel his team's vision and the aggressive goals we've set for client reach and revenue growth at Health Market Science."
