Industry honors Hyland’s Nepsa at retirement party

PALM BEACH Fla. — Hyland’s honored the retirement of company president Dale Nepsa with a surprise farewell Sunday evening at the Breakers’ Ocean House. “He’s a friend of many, loved by all,” said Hyland’s EVP Les Hamilton. “He’s embodied the purity of intent that we strive for at Hyland’s.” Nepsa is credited with growing Hyland’s business more than 50 times over the last two decades. In addition to Hamilton, speaking at the event were Hyland’s chairman and CEO Jay Borneman; Bob Kwait of Bob Kwait Consulting Group; Emerson Group’s Scott Emerson; Nick Christenson, owner of Christenson & Niwinski; and Debby Lampert, VP Pinnacle Sales & Merchandising.
