NACDS to host CPSIA compliance webinars

ALEXANDRIA, Va. The National Association of Chain Drug Stores will host two webinars in January in an effort to drive awareness around the Certificate Exchange Network, a tool for retailers, distributors and manufacturers to help with compliance of the Consumer Product Safety Information Act of 2008 law, which takes effect on Feb. 10, 2010.

One of the guest speakers featured includes Nancy Secours, senior director of supply chain operations, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, who will discuss how Pfizer successfully developed and deployed a CPSIA compliance solution that meets both regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

The webinars will be held Jan. 6 and 13, NACDS stated.
