ROCHESTER, Minn. — Natural Grocers on Thursday announced that it will open its first store in Minnesota, which will feature a nutritional health coach and offer free nutrition education classes to the public, in Minnesota on Sept. 15.
Natural Grocers provides exclusively USDA-certified organic produce, in addition to other natural products. The Rochester store will sell mix of national brands and locally-grown, raised and manufactured products from Minnesota.
The Rochester location is one of 17 Natural Grocers stores expected to open in fiscal year 2015.
The grand opening will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the distribution of mystery gift cards to the first 60 customers in line, in the amounts of $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100. The store will also offer a tasting of food from its Paleo Wraps class.
