NeuroMetrix’s Quell rolls out to 1,000 drug stores

6/2/2016

WALTHAM — NeuroMetrix, maker of Quell, a wearable device aimed at relieving chronic pain, announced that in June the device would be available in about 1,000 chain drug stores across the country. The company’s website features a store locator to help find which locations sell Quell.

“Consumers have told us that they expect to see and purchase Quell at leading chain drug stores," NeuroMetrix president and CEO Dr. Shai N. Gozani said. “We are therefore delighted to broaden the availability of Quell, our proprietary, 100% drug free technology for the relief of widespread chronic pain. As Quell represents a new level of technology at premium pricing we will use learning from this test to optimize our full retail expansion.”

Quell launched in Target stores in April, and Drug Store News featured the device as part of its look at wearables in its May issue. To read the feature, click here
