Novavax appoints Driscoll as new VP, CFO and treasurer

ROCKVILLE, Md. A company that makes vaccines using virus-like particle technology has made a new executive appointment.

Novavax announced the appointment of Frederick Driscoll as VP, CFO and treasurer. Driscoll will report to president and CEO Rahul Singhvi. Driscoll previously served as CFO, president and CEO of Genelabs Technologies.

“We are pleased to welcome Fred Driscoll to Novavax as our new chief financial officer,” Singhvi said in a statement. “Fred is joining Novavax at a time of significant growth, and his contribution at such a critical juncture will be welcome by everyone on our executive team.”
