Rite Aid extends consent solicitation for senior secured notes

CAMP HILL, Pa. Rite Aid on Monday morning announced that it has extended its solicitation of consents to amend the terms of the indentures for its 8.125 percent senior secured notes due 2010 and its 7.5 percent senior secured notes due 2015.

The consent solicitation, which had been scheduled to expire this past Friday on March 28 5 p.m., will now expire tomorrow at 5 p.m., unless further extended by Rite Aid Corporation with respect to either or both series of Notes.
