Roundy's Supermarkets to buy out in-store Aurora Health Care pharmacies

MILWAUKEE The parent company of two supermarket chains will buy out in-store pharmacies operated by nonprofit healthcare network Aurora Health Care, according to published reports.

Roundy’s Supermarkets will buy the pharmacies in its Pick ‘n Save and Copps stores and take over operations in December, the company announced Friday, the Business Journal of Milwaukee. Roundy’s did not disclose terms of the agreement, and Aurora did not make any announcement.

Roundy’s operates 154 stores in Wisconsin and Minnesota, 88 of which have pharmacies.
