Rx.com CHN, Scientific Technologies announce key partnership

4/14/2016

FORT WORTH, Texas — Scientific Technologies Corp. (STC) and Rx.com Community Healthcare Network (Rx.com CHN) recently announced the integration of the STC bi-directional immunization interface, ImmsLink, into CareRx — an interoperable clinical services platform owned by PDX and powered by Rx.com CHN.

CareRx is an Electronic Patient Outcomes Software platform that enables pharmacists and clinicians to implement immunization services and perform lab collection, scheduling, medication therapy management (MTM) services (such as comprehensive medication reviews), and other adherence programs.

The integration between Immslink and CareRx gives pharmacists the ease of reporting to the appropriate state immunization information system within their workflow. Access to patient immunization histories and vaccine forecasting at the point-of-care is also available, which allows STC’s industry-leading vaccine forecaster to take the uncertainty out of recommending additional shots.

“Our first priority at Rx.com CHN are our customers and it is refreshing that STC shares the same fervor, dedication, and commitment to customer care as we do,” Rx.com CHN VP sales Tracy Hill said. “The integration of STC’s immunization registry, query, and forecasting services with the CareRx clinical app will provide our pharmacists and clinicians with the most intuitive platform to save them time, collect and report data, and promote individualized, targeted patient care on-the-go or at the counter.”
