Spartan Stores declares quarterly dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Spartan Stores on Friday declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend is payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1.

As of Oct. 31, there were approximately 22,101,381 common shares outstanding.
