MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J. — Tris Pharma announced this week that it had launched its Dyanavel XR (amphetamine) extended-release liquid for oral suspension. The drug is indicated to treat attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children aged 6 years and older
The company said that the once-daily liquid drug helps doctors customize doses for patients, starting them at 2.5 or 5 mg and allowing for an adjustment of 2.5 to 10 mg at a time every four to seven days, up to a maximum of 20 mg per day. The drug was approved in October 2015.
