NEW YORK ­— The eyes still have it. This is especially true when it comes to mascara, and Maybelline New York is continuing its quest to bring beauty mavens the look of lush, false lashes with its new Falsies Flared by Volum’ Express.


This new twist on the original Falsies by Volum’ Express, launched last year, mimics the look of dramatic flared lashes, lifting lashes up, out and over the top. It is packaged in the Falsies signature purple tube but features a unique wing detail on the cap to help set it apart. The new Falsies Flared by Volum’ Express hit retailers in July and has a suggested retail price of $7.77.
