Walgreens Healthcare Clinic earns AAAHC re-accreditation
SKOKIE, Ill. - Walgreens Healthcare Clinic has earned re-accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The renewed accreditation distinguishes Walgreens Healthcare Clinic nationwide as continuing to deliver high-quality, reliable care in an environment that promotes patient safety.

AAAHC accreditation reflects an organization’s compliance with nationally-recognized Standards of care and is valid for three years. The AAAHC accreditation process includes an on-site review by expert surveyors who have decades of experience as health care professionals – from physicians and nurses to medical directors and administrators. As part of the process, representatives evaluated Walgreens Healthcare Clinic providers in a clinical setting at a cross-section of locations, interviewed executive leadership and conducted patient surveys. The renewed accreditation of Walgreens Healthcare Clinic is valid until Feb. 8, 2019.
