Orgain brings chocolate peanut butter cup protein powder to Costco

Orgain announced that its partnership with Costco is continuing to grow with the addition of a new product.

The Irvine, Calif.-based company is unveiling its Simple Organic Plant Based Protein Powder in chocolate peanut butter cup at the retailer.

“We are proud of our partnership with Costco and the fact that it gives us the ability to innovate new and unique offerings that stand true to our commitment to providing clean and nutritious choices to the masses,” Orgain founder and CEO, Andrew Abraham said. “Our newest addition to Costco warehouses will bring a satisfying, simple and clean sweet treat to our already delicious line of health-conscious products sold within the store.”

Delivering the taste of chocolate peanut butter cup by using such ingredients as almonds, peanuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and golden peas, the Simple Organic Protein Powder also is USDA certified organic and plant based, the company said.

In addition, it does not contain fillers, binders, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, and has 20 g of plant-based protein and 4 g of organic fiber.
