CHPA Educational Foundation names WellSpring CEO to board

WASHINGTON – The Consumer Healthcare Products Association on Monday named Wendy Shusko, president and CEO WellSpring Pharmaceutical, to the board of the CHPA Educational Foundation, the charitable and public education arm of the association. Shusko was elected by the association’s board of directors at their Annual Executive Conference at Amelia Island, Fla.



“We are very pleased to have Wendy join our board at this pivotal time for us,” stated Anita Brikman, SVP communications and executive director of the CHPA Educational Foundation. “Our programs and campaigns are having a positive impact on the safe use of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements, and we are prepared for significant growth in the year ahead as we pursue our vision of happier, healthier lives through responsible self-care.”



Christopher DeWolf, president and CEO Lil’ Drug Store Products, will continue to serve as chairman of the board for the foundation.
