Donna Corwin completes media tour, touts infrared thermometer

WATERTOWN, Mass. Parenting expert Donna Corwin recently completed a national media tour spanning 10 major markets discussing and demonstrating products like the Exergen TemporalScanner infrared thermometer, Exergen announced Thursday.

The recently completed media tour encompassed Dallas, Ft. Worth, Texas, Miami, Cleveland, Orlando, Fla., Nashville, Tenn., Milwaukee, Albuquerque, N.M., Richmond, Va. and Roanoke, Va.

Corwin is an author of several parenting books including Time Out for Toddlers and The Challenging Child. She has written more than 200 articles on parenting, health, travel and lifestyle for national magazines including Los Angeles Magazine, Parenting, Child Magazine, Parents, GQ, Shape, Mademoiselle, LA Parent, Working Woman and Working Mother.

The Exergen TemporalScanner infrared thermometer is fast and completely non-invasive, the company reported. The thermometer is used by scanning the reader across the forehead for a temperature reading.
