Family Flora hits Target stores nationwide

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — America’s Naturals announced Tuesday that its Family Flora supplement is now available nationwide at Target. Prior to this the product — which contains a blend of probiotics and prebiotics — had been available online only. 

 

“These items can be purchased separately but Family Flora combines them into one product, one dose,” America’s Naturals COO Kathleen Brock said. “When used together, the synergy achieved by mixing the good bacteria (probiotics) with prebiotics creates the most beneficial ingredients to cultivate healthy gut flora.  Prebiotics are essentially a type of non-soluble fiber and function as ‘food’ or ‘fertilizer’ for our gut flora.”

 

Target will carry four Family Flora products: Daily Balance and Junior Daily Balance; Colon Support, aimed at helping with hard-to-digest food; and Flora Renew, aimed at helping recover from the effects of broad-spectrum antibiotics and other certain drugs. All of the products come in stick packs of powder to be mixed with food or any cold beverage. In addition to the products available in Target stores, the company sells its Senior Daily Balance, Pet Balance and Traveler’s Relief online
