GSK Consumer Healthcare is expanding its lineup of Theraflu hot liquid remedies in the cough-cold segment. The company has introduced Theraflu Cough Relief, which is meant to treat cough and congestion.
Theraflu Cough Relief features a 2-in-1 formulation that is designed to relieve dry and wet coughs with a warm, soothing liquid. The medicine — a combination of dextromethorphan and guaifenesin — comes in a fast-dissolving powder that fights coughs and thins mucus to relieve chest congestion.
The company said the product is available at all major retailers and supermarkets nationwide with a suggested retail price of $8.99 per box of six packets.
