Cool mist humidifiers are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics in a baby's room or nursery to help temporarily relieve cold and cough symptoms, Kaz noted.
Designed for medium-sized rooms, the Vicks Sweet Dreams Humidifier's 1-gallon tank can run up to 24-hours on the lowest output setting. It can also be used with two Vicks Scent Pads for menthol vapors.
