TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Combined Distributors recently released
a product review of its Pill Terminator, a product that disposes of unused or expired medication, conducted by the Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services.
"Based on the results of testing, it is the opinion of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services that the submitted product, Pill Terminator, exceeds the U.S. FDA and EPA guidelines for disposal of unused medicines," BVCPS stated. "Following the product’s use instructions, the Pill Terminator rendered the medicine used in testing, coated aspirin tablets, unusable. The Pill Terminator dissolved the medicine used in this testing, exceeding the guidelines of the FDA and EPA for disposal of unused medicine."
“We are very pleased with the results of the study conducted by the Bureau Veritas. We are very passionate about Pill Terminator as it is safe to the environment, and it is a safe and effective way to get rid of medicines that could otherwise hurt a child or an elderly person if not removed from the home after use,” stated Mosche Doman, president of Combined Distributors.
Pill Terminator helps safely remove expired and other unwanted prescription medications from the home, the company stated.
