Opti-Bar: Optimum Nutrition balances fiber, protien in latest bar intro

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. - Optimum Nutrition on Tuesday announced the release of Opti-Bar.

Each 60 gram Opti-Bar contains 20 grams of high quality protein, which supports satiety and muscle recovery. The protein comes from isolate sources – including milk protein isolate and whey protein isolate. Each bar contains 8 to 10 grams of fiber and 4 grams or less of sugar.
