PDS Health launches diabetes, heart disease monitoring and management service

JUPITER, Fa. PDS Health on Monday announced the launch of wireless hardware diagnostics that work seamlessly with MDMonitor.com online software to monitor diabetes and heart disease.

“The name of the new wireless device is Celemonitor and it can submit the readings from patients’ glucose meters, blood pressure monitors and scales from anywhere,” the company stated.

The readings and data pertaining to the patient’s health is collected to MDMonitor.com and a designated caregiver can access the data.
