Perrigo's Michele Fink assumes new role

ALLEGAN, Mich. Perrigo's current human resources director will assume the role of SAP HCM HR program manager, the company announced Tuesday.

In her new role, Fink will be responsible for the transition of global human resources functions to the SAP Human Capital Management system. She will partner directly with the IT&S team on implementation, and with the larger business to optimize the system business benefits.

Since joining Perrigo in 2001, Fink has taken developmental assignments in operations, packaging, continuous improvement and human sesources before being promoted to human resources director at Perrigo’s New York site in Bronx, N.Y. Fink will divide her time between her new role and her current position until a replacement has been found, Perrigo said.
