Pharmavite looks to gain deeper insights with new CRM platform

Pharmavite, the maker of Nature Made dietary supplements, has gone live with Astute Solutions’ customer engagement platform to further streamline workflows and improve efficiency, the software vendor recently announced.

Pharmavite's CRM now features threshold reporting capabilities to monitor and deliver real-time alerts for early issue detection. Included in the solution are in-context guidance and smarter data entry features that are designed to improve the agent experience and reduce handling time.
