Physician’s Choice unveils probiotic addition
Physician’s Choice is continuing to grow its portfolio.
The Denver-based brand announced the launch of its new Slim-X, which is a probiotic that looks to aid weight loss goals and improve energy levels, the company said.
Created with naturally sourced ingredients, the product is non-GMO and contains a blend of probiotics, prebiotics and capsaicinoids.
In addition, featured is a patented GreenSelect Phytosome, which is a green tea extract with a high percentage of such polyphenols as epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG, to aid the metabolism and increase energy levels without the anxious or jittery feeling, the company added.
"We were tired of seeing diet pills and weight loss products which make huge claims with nothing to back them up," Logan Chierotti, the chief executive officer of Physician's Choice said. "We formulated Slim X with Greenselect Phytosome, a standardized green tea extract that is clinically proven to aid in weight management and, as part of our transparent initiative, we use the same dose applied in clinical trials."
