Quest Products to merge with OraHealth
Quest Products, a Promus Equity Partners portfolio company, is merging with OraHealth, maker of XyliMelts for Dry Mouth. The companies announced the merger Monday, noting that it brings OraHealth’s line of OraCoat branded oral care products — of which XyliMelts for Dry Mouth are the flagship product — into its portfolio.

XyliMelts work by using a nonacidic oral-adhering disc to release ingredients while a user sleeps.
