Pepsi Mango becomes permanent flavor addition

There’s a brand-new Pepsi flavor hitting shelves.

Pepsi Mango is the latest and first new permanent flavored cola addition from the brand in five years, the Purchase, N.Y.-based company said.

Featuring notes of citrus and caramel, the flavor will be available in Regular and Zero Sugar varieties.

“Our consumers are always looking for new and exciting flavors, so we couldn’t be more excited to introduce them to Pepsi Mango. Our team has created a surprisingly perfect match with Pepsi Mango, combining the delicious taste of Pepsi cola with the flavor of a sweet, juicy mango,” Todd Kaplan, vice president of marketing at Pepsi said. “Mango is one of the most popular fruits in the world, and it serves as the perfect complement to Pepsi, creating an irresistible combination that our fans can enjoy everywhere throughout the year.”

Consumers will be able to reach for a can of Pepsi Mango beginning March 22 at grocery stores, mass retailers and convenience stores nationwide in 12-oz., 12-packs and 20-oz. bottles.
