Amneal completes deal with Actavis Australia

MELBOURNE and SYNDEY, Australia — Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Actavis Australia on Friday announced that Amneal completed the acquisition of most of Actavis’ in-country generic pharmaceuticals business. Financial terms were not provided.

 

As part of the agreement, Amneal has the right to distribute Actavis-branded product on a transitional basis. Both companies will work together to transition suppliers and customers to minimize disruption.
