Aurora receives accreditation for Aurora Pharmacy, health store

MILWAUKEE The Accreditation Commission for Health Care has granted Aurora Health Care Ventures a three-year accreditation for Aurora Pharmacy and a health-oriented retail store.

The accreditation applies to Aurora’s 130 retail pharmacies, its institutional pharmacy and the For Your Well Being retail store at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.

“The survey process leads an organization continually examine its policies and practices to clarify its strengths and improve its weaknesses,” commission president Tom Cesar said in a statement.
