Community Pharmacy celebrates 10 years in Maine

SACO, Maine Community Pharmacy is celebrating its’ 10th anniversary. The first store opened in March of 1998. Since then, the company has expended to several communities across the state.

The pharmacy chain offers customized prescription compounding, free mailing, deliveries and state-of-the-art technology. In addition, all the stores offer a wide range of products, including beauty aids, home health care, one-hour photo, gift items and creative greeting cards.

Community Pharmacy is also deeply invested in each local community. In 2006, the company created the William G. Waldron Scholarship at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. The scholarship pays the final year of tuition for qualifying pharmacological students.
