CVS announces management plan to help couples in paying fertility care expenses
WOONSOCKET, R.I. CVS Caremark has announced the launch of a Fertility Managed Plan to help couples who do not have fertility medication health insurance coverage or have exhausted their benefit for fertility medications.
The Fertility Managed Plan is not insurance and savings are only available through CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy. Through the program, eligible patients can receive access to such services as a dedicated interdisciplinary Fertility CareTeam, pharmacist-led care coordination, egg donor medication services, reimbursement services, access to medications and supplies required for a typical treatment cycle, and timely delivery of medication anywhere in the United States.
