DSNTV: Innovation’s Jensen talks keeping pace with change

6/3/2018
Drug Store News caught up with Doyle Jensen, executive vice president of global business development at Innovation, at the recent National Association of Chain Drug Stores Annual Meeting. From the historic Breakers Palm Beach,  Jensen discussed the role that automation can play in high-volume pharmacy and how it can function as a cost-effective, intelligent addition to a pharmacy’s business.

He highlighted the focus Innovation places on driving low fulfillment costs through automation that he said also is customizable to meet the fulfillment needs a pharmacy’s patient base. Additionally, Jensen discussed the partnerships and technology that the company leverages to help its clients remain competitive.

“The only constant that we see in this space is change,” he said. “With the acceleration of technology the frequency of change is something that has to be considered in as short a time frame as possible. We are the type of partner that will develop new technology and bring it to the market in response to that need.”
