HDMA names Miller senior regulatory affairs director

ARLINGTON, Va. — HDMA announced Monday that Ruth Miller would be the associations new senior director of regulatory affairs. Miller will be responsible for recommending policies and positions on federal regulatory approcals, particularly with regard to the Drug Enforcement Administration. 


 


Miller was most recently an attorney with the DEA’s diversion control area, where she advised the agency on controlled substance and listed chemical regulation. She has also been senior counsel for the U.S. Pharmacopeia and an associate at Covington & Burling LLP.
