HealthWarehouse.com, Atlantis Health Plan provide members with free 90-day supplies of generics

CINCINNATI A licensed online pharmacy and a health insurer are collaborating to provide members with 90-day supplies of generic drugs for free.

HealthWarehouse.com and Atlantis Health Plan, which serves New York City, announced the partnership Tuesday, whereby members can receive a majority of the generic medications HealthWarehouse.com officers in 90-day supplies without a co-pay. The plan started Friday. Medications will be dispensed and shipped from the pharmacy’s mail-order facility in Cincinnati.

“This partnership with Atlantis Health Plan is evidence of our commitment to reduce healthcare costs and save our customers money by offering affordable prescription medications,” HealthWarehouse.com CEO Lalit Dhadphale said in a statement. “The traditional way of buying medications has changed, and Atlantis Health Plan understands that people are tired of paying extraordinary prices for ordinary customer service.”
