Kmart Pharmacy offers flu shots for customers

NEW YORK — Kmart began offering flu shots at participating Kmart Pharmacy locations for store members and customers this week. The flu shots are free under many insurance plans. 

“We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and provide our members the earliest options for advanced healthcare,” Phil Keough, SVP and president of Kmart Pharmacy, said. “We are proud to be one of the first national retailers to provide the flu vaccine to combat this year’s virus.”

The pharmacy will also provide quadrivalent and high-dose flu shots. Shop Your Way members will receive Pharmacy Rewards points for each flu shot purchased, according to the company.
