The Little Clinic appoints new chief legal officer

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. The Little Clinic has hired William Wright to serve as its chief legal officer.

Formerly with Stites & Harbison PLLC, Wright has counseled The Little Clinic since 2006 and joined the company in July. While as an attorney at Stites & Harbison PLLC, Wright focused on regulatory, legislative and operational issues for healthcare providers and institutions.

“Will’s experience in areas such as medical ethics, compliance and operations make him an invaluable member of our corporate family,” stated Lisa Loscalzo, president of The Little Clinic. “His guidance will help The Little Clinic develop its healthcare practice policies and procedures and ensure our ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations.” 

In addition to counseling The Little Clinic, Wright represented diverse clients including multi-state long-term care operators and Tennessee non-profit hospitals. With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he also previously worked with HCA (Ethics and Compliance) and was the proprietor of Wright Healthcare Solutions, an operations consulting firm for the long-term acute care hospital industry.

The Little Clinic operates in-store health clinics inside select Kroger stores in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Michigan; King Soopers in Colorado; Fry’s Food Stores in Arizona and Publix supermarkets in Georgia and Florida.
