Marsh Drugs extends free diabetes medicine program through 2016
INDIANAPOLIS - Marsh Drugs last week extended their Diabetes Care Program throughout 2016.
Marsh Diabetes Care supplies seven different diabetes medications for free to any Marsh Drugs patients in Indiana (and soon to be select areas of western Ohio). There is no limit on the number of prescriptions that can be filled and the program covers new prescriptions and refills.
The free diabetes medications include:
Glipizide 5mg, 10mg;
Glipizide ER 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg;
Metformin 500mg, 850mg, 1000mg;
Metformin ER 500mg, 750mg;
Glimepiride 1mg, 2mg, 4mg;
Glyburide 1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg; and
Glyburide Micronized 1.5mg, 3mg, 6mg.
As part of the program, Marsh Drugs also provides a free 100-count box of universal lancets with a prescription.
