MediGo opens walk-in clinics in three Navarro locations

MIAMI MediGo, a division of Samoho Healthcare, an international healthcare company headquartered in Mexico, has opened physician-staffed walk-in clinics inside three Miami-Dade Navarro Discount Pharmacies. Navarro Discount Pharmacies is an MBF Healthcare Partners portfolio company.

The MediGo Express Medical Care clinics are part of an affiliation between Samoho Healthcare and Mercy Hospital. Physicians who are board certified or eligible will rotate through the clinics to provide one-on-one patient care to walk-in patients for a variety of illnesses and conditions.

Services will be available in English and Spanish. In cases requiring follow-up or more specialized care, patients will be referred to their primary physicians or specialists at Mercy Hospital.

Medical director Jorge Amaya will oversee the walk-in centers. Dr. Amaya’s group also provides services to the MediGo Urgent Care facilities in the Brickell and South Beach neighborhoods, as well as the Mercy Hospital Emergency Department.
