MinuteClinic opens first four locations in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. MinuteClinic, which is owned by CVS Caremark, has entered South Carolina with three in-store clinics in the Columbus metropolitan area and a fourth in Simpsonville, in Greenville County.

MinuteClinic expects to open one additional clinic in each metro area before the end of the year.

The clinic operator launched its first clinic in 2000 and is the first provider to establish a national presence with more than 520 locations nationwide in 26 states.
