My Documents' passports allow patients to monitor their medical records
AUSTIN, Texas My Documents Inc., which develops products to help patients’ records and monitor information in their lives, has introduced a new line of health and I.D. records in a passport form.
Among of the examples of the new passports is the “My Personal Medications Records,” which a person can use to assist his or her health care providers in avoiding prescribing duplicate medicates or medications that may react adversely with other medications the patient is taking.
The “My Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Health Records” tracks a patient’s blood pressure. And with the “My Blood Glucose Level Records,” a person can record and track their blood glucose test results daily.
